Who I am
retromodlab.com is a hobby blog run by Ludovic Verbeeck, based in Poland. For anything in this policy I am the data controller, and you can reach me at contact@lverbeeck.com.
What this site collects
Nothing you type in. There are no forms, no accounts and no comments. If you email me, I receive your email address and your message, and I use them only to reply.
Analytics
This site uses TrackTrendy, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool that I built and operate. It counts visits and page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not store personal identifiers and does not follow you to other websites, so there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Hosting and delivery
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
The DS Lite configurator page loads the three.js library from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), which sees your IP address when it delivers the file.
Links to other sites
Posts link to GitHub, Reddit, archive.org, Ko-fi and other sites. When you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). In practice the only personal data I could hold is an email you sent me. Write to contact@lverbeeck.com and I will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
